We lived in Davoren Park for a few years and never had any problems. Quiet street and lots of parks near by. Super close to the train station which made is quick and easy to get into the city, and multiple shopping centres close by. We have 2 properties in the area now and have had no issues with neighbours and tenants, and always had heaps of people applying.
People say it's the worst most dangerous area but I never saw that? Lived in Blacktown in Sydney, now THAT was unpleasant. I think it's just the victim of small town Adelaide gossip..
