The location is a best thing about Prahran. The residential areas are very well connected with different train lines - Sandringham and Frankston (if you live near Toorak or Hawksburn village) , trams as well buses. The shops are plenty and chapel street is always happening. Parks are great. The only not so good point is - it is getting expensive. :(
