Amazing and safe suburb, can't fault it!

Nollamara

"Not Safe"

Take a drive through the streets of Nollamara during the day, sure there may be a plethora of new houses but there's also a lot of dumps with un kept lawns, rubbish out the front (think broken prams etc) and the good old Australian Flag flying high and proud. Make sure to check out the bus stops too for an insight to who your possible neighbours will be. Not safe. Not sound.

So 2 things here, you are either a real estate agent trying to drive prices down so you can exploit it and make a cheap buy or just one of the many modern day "experts" that take a quick look at things and know everything within 6 seconds... I am tired of hearing gratuitous rubbish info from the many people like you that litter this planet.

I have lived on Vermont street for 6 years, drive down that street by the way... it is one of the most quietest, peaceful places I have ever lived in my lifetime and I have lived in a LOT of different places in Australia and abroad. The neighbors on my street are all hard workers regardless of the color of their skin. There are a lot of BMWs and Mercs parked around my street, even the occasional Lambo/Prosche... so what would you say if you saw that? It's a "Rich" suburb?

The only "incidents" I had there was someone knocking on the door one night (ONCE in 6 years) asking if he could have some cash because he ran out of fuel, was told no and he went peacefully. There are some parts of Nollamara that are rough, but not in the proximity of Wanneroo Road such as where I live... it's just as good as the other side of Wanneroo Road (Balcatta).

On the other hand, the shopping center in Nollamara looks dirty by the end of the day, especially on weekends but there are all types of uncultured people causing that, hopefully it will keep improving... I personally go shopping down the road in Sterling or Balcatta to get away from that ugly aspect of the suburb. Balcatta shopping centre is just as far as Nollamara shopping center by foot...

So if you judge things by just driving though, what about Perth City on a Saturday night, or Leederville then is a crap hole because full of savages and ferals Saturday night throwing bottles and vomiting on the street? Northbridge is even worse, a dump? By that means of judgement, even Subiaco would be a crap place to live in... c'mon. Make some sensible comments and get a better lifestyle, you are obviously a sad little person.

Live in the place you judge first, then go ahead and make a comment, otherwise, keep those silly comments to yourself.

Mate, i lived there for 2 years and had too much trouble so i moved. No need to bring the "skin colour" card into it, i didn't mention anything about race. Think you need to listen to some "viola" and chill out xo Raymond

Also why would a realestate agent want to bring down prices? lol

Where exactly did you live there? Naturally you have avoided commenting on many points of my message where you know you are wrong in tarnishing the whole of Nollamara as a crap hole... I truly resent that. I have been there 6 years in Vermont street, no problems... the "colour" note is because I hear a lot of people complaining there are too many Africans there, and I don't like those sort of comments... the people at bus stops comment you made is very inappropriate; honestly you were not pointing out at something like that? Get real.
I am very chilled man, you on the other hand seem quite frustrated by your experience in Nollamara, probably better you're gone now, negativity is NOT what Nollamara needs anyhow... good riddance.

Oh come on Dave don't be like that, maybe we'll be neighbours one day? love you xo Raymond
