"Excellent"
We have lived in the area for over a year now and love it. The local primary school Undurba is a great school and it is in the North Lakes state college catchment. We currently rent and want to buy in this area.

Thinking of moving to the area. Could someone please tell me what the internet connection is like? Also what is the mobile phone reception like? Thanks:)

Nah, not bumpy anymore. Weve got some of the best internet in the country since were now NBN live with FTTP to most houses. ( fiber to the premises). Went live a couple of months ago.
phone reception is about is good as it gets now telstra built the repeater up near the Northlakes Shopping center too.
