I was in two minds when I first rented out at Keneally ST since it is still in Dandenong. But, 10 months down the line I ended up buying a property there because Metro Village is an excellent place to live.

As I always tell my friends, "It is a different side of Dandenong" that most people are not aware of. The demand for properties at Metro Village confirms this because most of the time new buyers are on a waiting list.
