Sydenham
"Sydenham is great 16 years"
Sydenham is a great place, i have been raised in Sydenham. the only traffic problems there would be would be getting on the calder freeway on the weekend or in early morning can sometimes be a nightmare. it is very quiet at night, if you live near the train station, you will of corse hear the trains but part from that there is nothing to really complain about. When i was younger we moved from Kings Park to Sydenham and it was the greatest decision to have been made by the family.
Great for
- Safe nightlife
- Close to Train station and Shopping centre
- Close to Childcare and schools
- Quiet streets
- Not too far from city; close to countryside and airport
- Watergardens Town Centre
Not great for
- Needs more train station car parks
- Crime esp. at the station
- Level crossing on Melton Highway causes traffic congestion
