"Wonderful neighbourly community - and so close to the city - everything within walking distance, you seriously dont need to own a car to live here"
Very quiet despite its very close proximity to the city. Very green and leafy, freindly streets, great schools, loads of parks and gyms, lots of medical facilities heaps of cafes. Everything within walking distance, you seriously don't need to own a car to live here.

- And cheaper than Mt Lawley and Mt Hawthorn
