I was looking for a Suburb, eyeing house and land packages. Settled for Greenvale after due diligence and interviewing few families living there. Posting my findings to let other's like me decide.

Con's
1. Less eateries, clubs or party places (worked for me).
2. For city travelers by car, Pascoe Vale road bottlenecks at Glenroy during peak hrs.

Pro's
1. Tier 1 primary schools, both Govt and Pvt(for those with kids).

2. Easy connectivity to city by roads.
Pascoe Vale road is free and moving, I recorded off peak travel 25 min, peak hrs travel with bottlenecks rounded to 45 min.
3. Leafy, green and beautiful. Looks more connected to nature.
4. Less or no hoons (as per interviews).
5. 5-10 min drive to Roxburgh Park Station. Very good train frequency.
6. 10 min drive to Mel Airport. So close but no noise.
