Buying property in Greenvale

Hi there
Will be moving with my two daughters aged 14 and 8 by the end of this year to Melbourne . I am keen to buy 4 bedroom , two or three bathroom and internal garage property , preferably standalone
I will need to find out best schools whwreabout in the area and property available within the zone

For property hunt, I recon use a property Agent, there are many in the precinct.
The schools are nice and good, and nothing much to distinguish between -
1. Saint Carlo Borromeo Primary School - Score 84
2. Greenvale Primary School - Score 83
3. Atiken College - Score 82

Hi,
If your looking for a catholic primary school. Saint Carlos primary school (yearly fees are around $1600 or public Greenvale primary school.

Aitken College I heard is great, fees around ($5,500) yearly.
