"Great Suburb, Great Potential, Still Affordable"
One of the best suburbs in Melbourne. Close to everything. Close to Princess Hwy n many Parks n good primary schools. Still Affordable but things are changing, its could be hard to buy there in few years. Gr8 for homes owners n equally good for investors.
Great for
- Plenty of markets within short distance.
- Surrounded by larger city services of Springvale,Dandenong & Keysborough.
- Train Service, frequent as 2 lines go through.
- Great facilities, aquatic centre, parks, sports ovals
- Authentic take away food. indian, chinese etc
Not great for
- No central nightlife/pub other than an RSL.

"Great Suburb, Great Potential, Still Affordable"
No Problem, very safe n close to everything. Still Affordable but things are changing(as prices are going up). Streets close to Princess highway are best, as highway n freeway both easily accessible.
