"Beautiful to Visit, But Buyers Beware"
My wife and I purchased in Kiama having fallen in love with the town. But unfortunately we have had our property stolen twice in as many months. Once from our garage, and once from our front door porch.
The first time I was disappointed, now I am angry !
Poor community spirit (to take from newcomers). Shame !

Thanks for the reply. It's okay, we are trying to stay positive. Perhaps it's just some sort of country style welcome to the neighborhood that we are not familiar with - lol. We are in the process of updating our security so hopefully it will not be an ongoing issue

Sorry to hear that Samuel, I've only heard of a few occasions in Kiama Downs where that has happened. We've lived in Kiama for nearly 40 years and nothing like that has happened to us or our friends.
