"Well I was right wasn't I?"
Noticed a few new reviews about how locals won't talk to non locals. Same as in 2010 when I left. If you want to live in a nice place, move to Orange. There is work, nice locals. Just don't buy/rent on the east side of town> I did unfortunately, which is why I left. Great town though.

Can I take that to mean that, no matter that youre a good, decent person, your income dictates how youre treated? That they cosy up to those coming in with money but not those whose income dictates where they can live?
