Yarraville
"Village atmosphere"
I have lived in the SKY (Seddon, Kingsville, Yarraville) region for 8 years now after having lived all over Melbourne (Bentleigh, Glen Iris, Thornbury, Williamstown) I have found nowhere else I would rather be.
My wife and I moved to Yarraville 3 years ago and absolutely love it. The village feel, friendly neighbors who actually say hi and talk to you, and the old world charm. Everything you could every need is within walking distance and the commute to the city is a very short one (drive, train or ride)

Agree with most of this however have had friends move due to their kids having constant asthma, dust and carcinogenic fumes from trucks .
Is it worth paying this much if your kids are constantly sick? As reports from RCH have shown about the inner west. Does everyone choose to ignore the RCH reports?
