Can't beat it - farm gate with large half acre block, beautiful tree lined streets, walking distance to plenty of great food places and undeniably good coffee.

This area is so calming with lots of reserves and the beautiful wetlands, it has hints of a rural feel but still very connected to great public transport, expressway and to all services such as doctors, shops, restaurant/cafes. Although tightly held, I think this area is underrated and clearly out-does many of the significantly more expensive areas which are much further away from the CBD.
