"Centrally located. Very close to shopping, medical services and town oval featuring older stone homes"
Adjoins the main street shopping but also very close to doctors, hospital & town oval. Area school access, Police station & Ray White Real Estate here. Mostly older stone cottages on this street

"Relaxing weekend destination or place to retire"
Only about 3 kilometres to Ardrossan which has all the facilities required, Tiddy Widdy Beach is a great place to put the feet up & relax. Good swimming, fishing & crabbing beach. "Walk the Yorke" walking trail provides an easy route to walk to Ardrossan. Home mainly to retirees with some young families it is a great weekend getaway destination only 90 minutes from Adelaide.

Not great for
- No restaurant to eat out at nearby if u feel lazy only the pub..

"Fantastic place to live and enjoy life"
Lived in Ardrossan all my life and can't see a reason to move. Fantastic place to raise a family being safe, secure and friendly and everyone keeping an eye out for others. Excellent sporting clubs to be involved with and most shopping bases covered. If you can't find what you need, Adelaide is only an easy 90 minute drive. "Home" of the blue swimmer crab and good fishing, a lot of people choose to retire in Ardrossan and the medical facilities are also good for peace of mind. Schooling is available from kindergarten right through until year 12. Subjects not available are sourced through open access if required with modern technology making it simple - just ask my kids. A great sense of community spirit is on display with residents taking pride in the towns appearance and reputation.
