Sullivan Crescent is just far enough away and up in the Hills to keep most away. Beautiful street with views. Even the playground has sweeping views of the south. Everyone’s friendly. Neighbour’s are great people.

My family’s been living in Sullivan Cres for many years. It’s safe, peaceful & quiet. I’ve never heard a party, hoons or loud music.

Wanniassa has fast reliable internet & mobile connectivity.

I have two children who attend Wanniassa Hills Primary & they absolutely love it. It’s a great school.

Erindale shopping precinct has everything. Woolworths, gyms, library, buzzing cafes & restaurants.
