Sullivan Crescent, Wanniassa, ACT 2903

Sullivan Crescent is just far enough away and up in the Hills to keep most away. Beautiful street with views. Even the playground has sweeping views of the south. Everyone’s friendly. Neighbour’s are great people.

Sullivan Crescent is one of the most lovely streets in Wanniassa. Every house appears looked after and clean. It’s extremely quiet, no hoons, loud parties or barking dogs. Residents of the street are very friendly and cheerful. The street is situated on the highest point in Wanniassa so only residents walk along the street. It’s safe and I haven’t heard of any crime occurring. There is a play ground located in the street, the view from the park over Southern Canberra is amazing, but the play ground is rarely used. There are a lot of young families in the street.
