"Great people and quiet place"
Best spot in Ballarat by a mile, schools are close and its a lovely quiet spot only 7 minutes from the centre of town.

Alfredton is a great suburb for families.
There are a few different areas of Alfredton. Old Alfredton is particularly popular and consists of older homes and larger blocks . There are a couple of new subdivisions that include smaller blocks and more dense housing. There are great schools and it lies conveniently between the two major shopping centres of DTC and Stockland, and super close to the CBD. Shani Stevens One Agency Ballarat
