Geelong Road

"Geelong Road Canadian -"

This street is in a great location for access to Ballarat CBD and also to Mount Helen. On the upper side you also have access to some great views if you are on one of the elevated blocks. Buses run around every half hour so great for Uni students. Shani Stevens, Director, One Agency Ballarat, [email protected]

Canadian

"Canadian - in the heart of great schools and community"

Canadian is one of those suburbs that sometimes gets overlooked. It shouldn't. It is surrounded by parklands, walking tracks, wetlands, is so close to Ballalrat CBD, so close to many primary, secondary and tertiary education precincts. Argyle Crescent

"Lovely Tree Lined Argyle Crescent"

A fantastic street, so close to Lucas shopping centre. Not really a thoroughfare to anywhere so traffic is minimal. Streets are wide and lined with established trees. Most gardens in the area are beautifully maintained. Many families or retired professionals live in this area. So close to everything. Shani Stevens, One Agency Ballarat, [email protected]

Mimosa Avenue

"Family Oriented Mimosa Avenue"

`This is a great family street in a great family neighbourhood. There are speed humps to keep the traffic speed to a minimum. The street connects the main arterial roads of Cuthberts and Sturt. Lovely wide, tree lined street. Shani Stevens, Director, One Agency Ballarat, [email protected]

Wendouree

"Ecclectic mix"

Wendouree is a great suburb of Ballarat. The housing is eclectic, as are the residents. The houses range in price from $250k to over a couple of million. Those overlooking, or close to, Lake Wendouree are most expensive. But you don't have to pay too much to have the lake within walking distance. So close to many private and public schools, parks, shops, cafe's. Shani Stevens, Director, One Agency Ballarat, 0467 266 667

Redan

"So close to CBD but lower house prices"

Redan is a great suburb for those wishing to have super quick access to Ballarat CBD without paying the CBD prices. Many areas of Redan are walking distance to CBD. Great Primary and secondary schools and lots of shops and supermarkets so you don't need to go into CBD if you choose not to. Great family location. Wow, what a great family street. So friendly. Only a tiny little street but super great neighbours. Last year an annual Chrissy party was started - looking forward to the next one. Shani Stevens, Director, One Agency Ballarat, 0467 266 667

Alfredton

"One of the regions finest suburbs"

I love Alfredton! It has a great mix of new and old areas within the one suburb. In the older areas you find lovely, wide, leafy streets with larger blocks and an abundance of established family homes. In the newer areas you find many young families and newly weds in their first home. Particularly in "Old Alfredton" you find most of the homes are owner occupied.
