Relocating to Alfredton from Melbourne, good suburb?
Alfredton, VIC 3350 is located within the Ballarat local government area, part of the Central Highlands Region in Victoria.
Looking to relocate from Melbourne with 2 primary school aged children and a dog. Alfredton a good area? Some mixed reviews below. What is Alfredton Primary School like? Is the area 'safe'? Locals friendly?

Alfredton is a great suburb for families. It is zoned for Ballarat High School which is one of the most popular secondary schools in the region. Wide leafy streets, kids on pushbikes, footies being kicked in the local court. It's a really nice area. Shani Stevens, Licensed Estate Agent, One Agency Ballarat, [email protected]

Hi,
I haven't heard any bad reviews about Alfredton, it's a very popular estate, with all new amenities and Ballarat has some of the best schools on offer.
Thanks
