One of the handful of areas I would recommend buying a property in the Illawarra.

Great place to raise a family or to retire.

Access to the pools, beach, public tennis court and close to the shops.

I refuse to spend a cent in this city.

Here's why:

- Junkies everywhere
- Too unsafe to walk around alone
- Getting abused by strangers
- Parking meters everywhere
- Shops closing down
- Poor mall layout
- Nothing worth doing
- Dirty Streets

If you're planning on living here you will be situated next to loud breaking sounds from the trucks at night.
You're better off choosing Balgownie.

Dismal depressing suburb.

The suburb needs an absolute makeover. Very run down.
