"Little Serenity"
I stayed there three months to escape the bustling and crowded city. Such a beautiful suburb as its name stands. Full of nature, quiet and peaceful. Most residents are in their 50s or over. Every day is a holiday with beautiful birds and kangaroos roaming nearby. Many beautiful beaches near by eg. Hyam Beach. Best choice we ever made to purchase a house there while it is still affordable.

"Best Choice"
Big block of land and big House. Majority owned their own homes. Therefore all houses have beautiful gardens and landscapes. All streets have nice footpaths and make morning or afternoon walks very pleasant. Hamlyn Terrace reminds me of Sydney Hills District eg. Baulkham Hills or Castle Hills. Very green, quiet and safe. The best choice I ever made. Close to all shopping and beaches. I have double the price since I purchased it.

"Safe and convenient"
Affordability is going to be out of reach soon. Most free standing houses are over $1m. Living in Orange Grove is the best choice. Close to everything such as Westfield, schools, universities, hospitals, public transportations and Hume Highways. I can either catch trains at Warwick Farm Station or at Liverpool station. It had many cafes and restaurants. Also 5 minutes drive to Cabramatta for Asian food. Not to mention a DFO at Mega Centre

"Very convinient for family with young kids"
It has Day care centre, shoppings and close to public school and closer if you want to get out to Liverpool or Parramatta.
