"Convenient"
Good if you value the convenience of being close to the CBD above all, but it does tend to feel unsafe in the evening.

"Active lifestyle"
Good location if you enjoy an active, coastal lifestyle that’s not too far from the CBD. Lots to do, especially in the summer and strong local community.
