Reviews of Burns Beach, WA

"Bleak"

Distinct lack of mature trees and greenery. Dust/sand bowl and concrete jungle. Lacks character. Beach gets boring. Need to send kids to private school for decent education. Sterile. Still building up this way too. Glad I moved south of here. Public schools within 15-20km of the city are better. Easier for commuting purposes too.

"Used to be a gem"

I think burns beach as it's grown in value and population has lost some of its appeal. The traffic in the area is phenomenal.

"Hidden Gem.... but hidden for how long"

The continued demand for coastal living and the suburb's proximity to Perth make it a location to watch for real estate investment opportunities.

Burns Beach offers a unique blend of coastal living and investment potential. It has diverse range of property types including oceanfront residences.
While property prices may vary, the overall appeal of Burns Beach as a desirable place to live and invest in real estate remains strong. Prospective buyers and investors interested in a coastal lifestyle with growth potential should consider Burns Beach as a prime location in the Perth real estate market.
