Quiet, wide, treelined and full of friendly neighbours. And because it's one way access only to Concord Road, there's not much traffic at all. I'd feel safe with kids playing on the streets without a worry about cars. And with the Concord Hospital carpark being built, I expect street parking on this street to only get less busy.

We moved to Concord West about 3 years ago and we love the proximity to parks, schools, shopping and public transport in Rhodes. We also find the suburb is filled with a nice mix of young families, seniors and independent youth which gives it a great demographic mix. It's also close to the bay which gives you the luxury of some lovely waterside walks along Lady Dame Edith Estate, Rivendell School, Kokoda trail and the like.
