Hemmant has no traffic yet it is only 15km to centre of the city.
Its 10km to airport
Its 5km to highway
Its 5 km to the bay
It's got more park and sports area than most suburbs
It's got wild life
Still very affordable compared to any other suburbs within 25km to the city.
