Port Lincoln
"A big town, small city."
There are ONLY 2 traffic lights! Great, less stress from the city traffic jams. It is growing bigger and gets slowly more populated, still far from a big city look a like. Having seen (and travelled) and grown up in EU coming to Australia to travel and luckily finding my way to Port Lincoln I can say; Lincoln is THE place to stay! The best fresh seafood in the world available. If you can't buy it you just catch it ;-)
Great for
- Port Lincoln national park
- Holiday accomondation
- Friendly shop owners/employees.
Not great for
- The better beaches are out of town.
- No night clubs
- No big shopping centres
