"Nice but beside the dump"

We looked at buying but it is beside the refuse tip and a bit far from the CBD, just felt a bit too remote for us. Great size blocks though.

Great for

  • Good for retirees

Not great for

  • Near the dump
  • Horrendous peak hour traffic
  • Terrible rental return
