Um. You said the about Umina beach mate. What is your point?
Totally wrong and inaccurate. Possibly just someone that hates life or with a negative view of life. Ignore, Woy Woy is an untapped little heaven of a suburb, near the water and under 1 million for a decent family home. Woy Woy is still flying under the Radar in comparison to Sydney suburbs or down south in wollongong. If you want seaside living, good commute into Sydney and a beautiful peaceful lifestyle Central Coast and Woy Woy in general you won't get wrong. Gentrification has begun since Covid pushed people to move further out of Sydney.

Lived in Umina for 30 years and saw it get worse and worse. If you love bogans or self identify as a bogan, you’ll absolutely love the place. Rough as guts.
Ha, ok. I'm not an estate agent... I moved here 3 years ago from Syd, and I can see in that short time the area is on the up, and recent (last 3 months) house sales of $1M+ are showing it is more than just bogans happy to move to the area. Each to their own.
Do you have any details of how exactly the Woy Woy Peninsula is "My Druitt by the sea" (I suspect you meant to write "Mt Druitt")
Having lived in Mount Druitt/St Marys and Woy Woy/Umina Beach, I can tell you for a fact that the Woy Woy Peninsula is a much nicer place to call home.
