I own a townhouse in Eagleby on Riverhills Road and love the place for convenience and parks. It is 2 minutes off the M1, 9 minutes to Logan Hyperdome, 15 minutes to Dreamworld and 25 minutes to Westfield Helensvale. The entire corridor between Brisbane and Gold Coast is being bought up and Eagleby cannot continue to be over looked. Go down to Ormeau, 9 minutes or Shailer Park, 8 minutes and pay an extra $200,000, nope.
