"changed alot but still quiet the same, somehow!?!"
i went to scholl there, all my friends lived/lives there, i wouldnt go as far as to say it is safe but if you know the area well its not so bad. house prices have risen alot and you cant find a rental of a house under $300, if you can find a run down house for cheap, renovate it then sell it, a nice profit is in store.

lived there for 20 years, and the changes are astonishing, its become safer and dramatically increased in value.

i hated the traffic through there, it was shocking. i lived there for 3 and a half years and the traffic was the same all that time. especially on edithvale rd, its so busy at 8.30 til 9.20 am, and dangerous they need lights all through there especially near the school.
