"Growing Fast"
Bought early 2024 - suburb is growing fast as in the middle of all amenities with shops, schools, hospitals, public transport all very nearby.
Close to Hunter Valley & Newcastle with Central Coast & Sydney being quite accessible.
Good future returns.
