"Avoid like the Plague!"
Dodgy, cheap, nasty, unsafe environment. To pag123 below, it's actually a 50 minute drive to the city with no peek hour traffic. Horrible.

Yes, its only 25 - 30 mins to the City of Perth via the freeway, 45 mins tops during peak hour.

32 mins to be exact, on a Sunday, maybe 50 mins in peak hour..

"BEST SUBURB IN PERTH!"
It's modern, clean, safe, classy. Personally I recommend Duncraig South, but anywhere in Duncraig is fine. Perfect suburb for families!

"Fantastic!"
Friendly, beautiful, quiet, SAFE. But pretty pricey. Still, I'd love to live here when I have kids.

I live in 'regent waters' area of Wanneroo and in non-peak hour traffic it takes less than 25 mins to drive in to the city. I know as I drive in to there 3 days a week!
