"Great amenity - close to everything"
Eskdale Road is perfectly positioned in Caulfield North. It's a less than 10 minute walk to Caulfield station and a ~5 minute walk to Caulfield Park.
The streetscape is very similar on the Hawthorn Road end vs the Kambrook Road end.

"Underrated for young professionals"
My partner and I recently moved to Caulfield North and the area ticks all our boxes as a young professional couple.
The area is well serviced by trams and Caulfield station is a major train junction. It takes 30-35 minutes to commute door-to-door by train into my building in the CBD with trains typically going through Caulfield station every 5 minutes.
Caulfield Park (~2.3km perimeter on the running track) is lovely and is like a smaller version of the Botanical Gardens or Princes Park. Caulfield Racecourse is open to the public too and the huge area inside the racetrack provides ample space for dog-owners to let their pets run off-lead.
The recently opened Caulfield Village has improved amenity with brand new Coles, Asian grocery, pharmacies, hairdressers, barbers and eateries.
There's an abundance of great cafes and specialist grocery stores, particularly around the Hawthorn Road / Balaclava Road junction. The area is quiet and safe in the evenings but is still close to suburbs with more action in the evening (i.e Elsternwick, Armadale, South Yarra).
There are lots of great childcare options and the area is zoned for Malvern Primary, Caulfield Junior College and Caulfield Primary School (which are all very well-resourced and highly regarded).
