"Green, leafy, safe and sound suburb in a great pocket of Melbourne"

We are 10mins walk to Caulfield Park which has everything - great for dog walkers, sports enthusiasts or a picnic with friends on a nice day.
Transport is also really strong with Caulfield station again only 10mins walk in the other direction which has a fast train service to the CBD - great for the daily work commute. This suburb is also really close to Monash University, Chadstone Shopping Centre and other key inner east hubs. Trams down to St Kilda and Elsternwick are really handy for a change of scenery. Being a short 10 minute drive to Elwood and other beach suburbs is also fantastic on sunny weekends or for evening walks along the coastline. Schools in the area are regarded as some of the best in Victoria and cafes, shopping centers and entertainment are never far away if you need it. Would recommend this suburb to anyone.

"Perfectly positioned for quiet and convenience"

I currently have an apartment for lease on Hawthorn Road and have recently explored the area. There are great public transport links with a number of trains close to Hawthorn Rd. The hustle and bustle of Hawthorn Rd is the melting pot of the suburb and there is a real sense of community.

"The best of living close to everything and peace and quiet"

A hidden gem, close to everything you need, especially good food, other great suburbs, excellent parks and schools - and very quiet and easy to get around on weekends when you want and need it to be. An extremely pretty, convenient and peaceful suburb right in the heart of Melbourne's best suburbs where you can achieve an excellent balance if you work close to the city.

"Great environment for Families, Couples and Singles"

As an Investment:
As a property buyers agent at Capital Property Advisory specialising in property investing for large portfolio holders, we have seen immense growth and recommend certain streets in this area to astute investors. Caulfield North is an area that always outperforms the averages.

As an Owner Occupier:
I personally lived in Caulfield North for several years with my children and found the beautifully tree lined streets to be quiet, safe and friendly. This ideal location has everything at your door step, such as trams, shops, restaurants, cafes and much more.

The famous Caulfield Park provides many activities for families, couples and singles with running tracks, children’s play areas, BBQ areas and other sporting activities.

Caulfield is also surrounded by many highly regard schools such as Caulfield Junior College, Caulfield Grammar, Melbourne Grammar School, Ripponlea Primary School, The Japanese School of Melbourne, Wesley College and furthermore is a short tram ride to Deakin and Monash Universities.

"Close to everything"

I've lived in Caulfield North for a few years now and love it. It's close to great shopping districts: High St, Glenferrie Rd and Chapel St to name but a few! Public transport is excellent with everything you could need a short walk or tram ride away. One doesn't have to travel far to find good coffee either; with cafe Eco Blue around the corner on Orrong Rd.

"Great suburb and affluent lifestlye"

An ideal location for anyone who needs fantastic access to public transport, including families or professionals, Caulfield North is home to over 14,000 people. Boasting Australia's largest Jewish community, this busy suburb plays host to Caulfield Park, schools, an extensive tram network and Labassa - a mansion owned by the National Trust which was used as the filming location for the movie Queen of the Damned. Caulfield North is surrounded by suburbs such as Prahran, Armadale, Malvern, St Kilda East and Elsternwick and has an average property price tag of almost $890,000. It was the home town of TV personality Graham Kennedy, who attended what is now Caulfield Junior College.

"A family paradise close to the city"

Caulfield North is a reasonable area not too far from the city with good public transport access.
Close by there are all the main shops you could need and if its not at the local then its not far to St Kilda Chadstone or the city.
If you like getting down to the beach then St Kilda isn’t too far.
The area has a good blend of people from young singles through to younger families. With Caulfield Park close by it’s a great spot for those that like to take their kids to run and run and run, and for runners and walkers it makes a reasonable spot to walk.
If you’re looking for nightlife, there are a few places close by.
