Moving to Caulfield Nth

Moving to Caulfield Nth
Im currently considering purchasing into the area but was weighing this suburb up vs glen iris, Malvern east and Armadale. What would you say sets Caulfield north apart from these other areas?
Also, what is the general feel of the area with such a strong Jewish contingent? Im a little worried it would be lacking of mixed culture because of this heavy influence.

Hi Johnathana,
I like nearby in Elsternwick and all of these areas are spaces that I have a lot of experience in. Though not Jewish myself, I consider the area to be a safe, well-kept area that that benefits from having a range of cultures and of course this means greater exposure to different shops, foods, and experiences. The area has lots of ammenities, fantastic access to transport and the beach and of course offers a quieter way of life than some other suburbs with easy accessibility to the city.
