"Quiet, friendly (not nosey), close to Chadstone, Chapel St, trams, bus and not far from train stations"
Ercildoune St, is a quiet neighbourly st, with mostly original 1960's homes.
The neighbours are all friendly but not the type to drop in regularly.
There is a mix of singles, small families and couples.
The local shopping village, 3 minute walk away (Alma Village, cnr Alma & Orrong rd) has a good variety of essential services, mini supermarket, dry cleaners, bakery, chemist and some cafe's / take-aways.
Chadstone is a short drive away as is Carlisle st, Acland St and the beach
The bus and trams are not far away, neither is Armadale station.
