"Peaceful and scenic"
Nice little area close to all amenities. Scenic drive down riverway with the river running alongside the road.
Great for
- Lots of schools
- Alot of new development going on with ADH being built in Rasmussen.
- Close to the riverway. With easy access to amenities.
Not great for
- Lack of places to eat out

"Pretty mountain and river views"
Rasmussen is a little quiet , it has great walks along the river and is only 5km from the Willows Shopping Centre and Riverway complex which has 2 huge swimming lagoons, great for cooling down on those hot days.
I hear there is a masterplan in place for a new upper ross shopping plaza which would go in place of the old tired looking shops there at present.

"excellent , handy for shops and walks along the river"
Very quiet street with not many houses in the neighbourhood,lots of privacy
