St Marys

"A Great place for First Home Buyers, Renters or Families"

St. Marys has evolved from a "Rough" bikie neighborhood in the '50 and 60's to a very Family Oriented
area.
The main street of St. Marys is Queen Street which has expanded to one of the largest shopping areas in the western suburbs of Sydney.

Having grown up in nearby Penrith, I have known the area for many years, it has everything a family could need, except the Smog and Bad Traffic that you must endure living closer to the city.

Do yourself and your family a favor and live where you can enjoy the open Fields, Parks and Trees.

Harris Park

"Value for money, yet all the conveniences."

The suburb is quite Historic, with everything from "Elizabeth House" ( MacArthurs Residence )
which is one of Sydney's first settlements.
The home of the Horse Racing fraternity, hence the Rose Hill Race Course and some stately homes of the "Sport of Kings".

The area has good business facilities in the Rydges and Waldorf Hotels ( great for functions without the parking hassles of the Parramatta CBD )

The area is transforming into a highly accesable and convenient Residential suburb at prices much less that it's neighbor Parramatta, a new 2 bedroom apartment can be as much as $100,000 less in purchase price, yet the rental yield is comparable, a great place to invest.

The shopping is all there, with Woolworths, Aldi, Subway, KFC and McDonalds all just a walk away.

The Railway Station is on James Ruse Drive next to the Race Course, trains run approx. every 10 minutes in peak times and it takes only 30+ minutes to reach Sydney's Central station.

All in all, a cosy up coming suburb that will soon become "Trendy"
