I would definitely say that if you're intending to purchase a property in any different area, that you should personally go down and walk around the area and see it for yourself. Everybody is going to have a different experience and you don't want to spend a 6 figure sum on something that you're not absolutely certain you're not going to regret...
Completely agree. I will not spend my hard-earned cash only to hate where I live. Go & talk to your potential neighbours, I certainly did & the feedback was good. We've been living here a few months now & so far, so good. It's safe, quiet geared towards families. The Parking situation sucks, I will have to say. It annoys the heck out of me.
"Street parties sound"
Street parties sound rather interesting but I'm not too sure that it would be very conducive for people who are looking for a quiet place to retire at the end of the day. But I'd say that with the amount of facilities in the area that it could be quite convenient for you to be in close proximity to all of the recreational options and not to mention having medical care in near reach!
