After Living in and being raised in the St George area and the Eastern Suburbs decided to move and purchase a property in Mount Annan due to work commitments in the area biggest mistake I ever did. In general the "majority" of the inhabitants have no manners, rude and attitude of the lower class end of the population in Sydney. It is cheap to purchase property in Mount Annan and now I know why. Pretty and clean suburb but low class scummy people. To invest in Mount Annan is NOT encouraged as pricing/value growth of property is minimal also compared to other surrounding suburbs.
