If you are looking in the Black Mountain area, try to snag a spot in the small and tightly held Cudgerie Estate. Large well-maintained acreages, stunning hilltop views, peaceful community, friendly neighbours and an up-market farmstead feel but only five minutes to either the townships of Cooroy and Pomona where services abound, and twenty or so minutes away to the touristy Noosa towns and beaches. Great value for money, although quickly becoming more and more expensive as people discover this hidden gem.
