This is a blue chip high socio suburb with one of the best schools in town and ideal location close by to everything: Casuarina mall, Universities, Royal Hospital, beaches, airport and the CBD.

The area is getting so much better so fast. Lots of new home owners and families moving in and renovating older properties. The location is excellent with 2 top schools, shopping centre, golf course, boat ramps and only 10-15 mins drive to the city. Flood and cyclone safe!!

Still affordable solid built houses on larger blocks only 20 mins to the CBD. The value is truly amazing and so very close to everything!

Incredible value houses being so undervalued around 500k. When Melbourne starts growing this will be the highest growing area.

Berala units are amazing for investment. Only 400k and rent is 500 weekly. Great yield and future prospects with the NSW government commitment to develop Berala into a major hub such as Lidcombe and Auburn.

Elizabeth South has come a long way. The area is gentrifying fast with many first home buyers and young families moving in and renovating the ex-housing stock. It's still the most affordable area in Adelaide offering amazing value being only 30 mins away from both the CBD and Barossa valley. I love living here and would recommend anyone to firstly experience it personally prior to listening to any prejudices from others.

Kelmscott has been improved greatly the last few years. Lots of families renovating older properties. Best value buy in Perth. Can get an affordable large block of land with solid double brick houses. There are quite a few amenities, employment and parks. And only 30 minutes to either the airport, beaches or the CBD.
