Moved here around 2 years ago, what a beautiful suburb!
1. Convenience - Close to CBD, Garden City, Indooroopilly Shopping center, SE freeway, Ipswich motorway, beaudesert road, Rocklea Markets, sunnybank
2. Good bus and train services
3. Friendly Neighbours
4. Good local services - GPs, bakeries, convenience stores, schools, child care, fast food, cafes

Cons
It can get quite noisy if you live close to Riawena Road. Lots of trucks rumage through there. Mostly in the morning, its pretty quite from 9-4 and nights.
Overhead planes from archer field
Needs a closer Woolies and/or Coles, aldi is close but its a 5-10min drive to coles or woolies.

Overall, I love the area, I can see myself living here for years...
