My favourite suburb in Sydney. Very clean, quiet and green.

"Revamped!"
Lived here ages ago and it is incredible how much this suburb has improved, it went a long way! Seems to be full of young families who are increasingly purchasing houses due to affordability. Changing from a renters' to an owner occupiers' market very fast.

It's been great living in Kelmscott. Quiet, clean, nice neighbours, lots of nature and parks, great shopping, education and the facilities. Would not live anywhere else.
