Bayport Circuit

"Fantastic quiet location, near to schools, shops and marina- what more could you ask for?"

A beautiful quiet street with a variety of new and old properties with a delightful duck pond and fountain placed just opposite the entrance to the marina. The marina has a few restaurants ( including a gorgeous Indian restaurant) and bars with live entertainment over the weekends and being only a stroll away ... There is never a need go wait for a taxi again!!! The kids love the ice cream shop and the Dome restaurant and being able to go fishing on their doorstep. The local Mindarie primary school is literally at the top of the street and has one of the best reputations for a public school in the northern suburbs. Mindarie senior college is also a short walk away for those with older children and has an excellent choice of subjects for the children to choose from. If you prefer private schools then also a short walk away you have the choice of Quinns Baptist or Peter Moyes , both excellent schools. There are great bus links at the top of Bayport Circuit which give regular access to Ocean Keys Shopping centre which is still expanding and has new shops opening all the time. You could also easily walk to the shopping centre if you wanted to. The bus also takes you to Clarkson train station ( or it takes less than 5 minutes if you drive and there are two car parks) which give great links to the city. There are plenty of local parks to walk to and use of the basketball courts and tennis courts are very popular. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bayport Circuit as an ideal street to live in. It has proven to be a safe, quiet road, with friendly neighbours and a great location for families to live in. The house prices are good value for money and not as expensive as some local streets demand.
