Having bought and sold several houses in Frankston and a couple in Langwarrin, Langwarrin is far superior as a place for families to live.

Still very near the beach, but feels far nicer than Frankston, and holds it's value very well.

Something should be done against the graffiti vandals yet never seems to. That's about the only thing going against Langwarrin, although is not bad enough to not call this beautiful area 'home'!
