Russell Vale is loved by those who reside there for it's atmosphere and its wonderfully friendly residents. Along with all this, the beautiful beaches to the east and the breathtaking escarpment shouldering the suburb to the west makes for a splendid physical setting, views of brokers nose and ocean vistas can be spotted as you stroll about the area. Keep a close eye on this town, Median house price rises over the past year in Russell Vale are truly impressive! And median house prices are not looking like drooping any time soon with a large number of well remunerated employees working at the once again open nearby mine looking for real estate close to work, you can't lose.
