"The Northern Suburbs Best Kept Secret - Centralised Northern Suburb Living!"

Nestled between the mountains and sea from E to W and the far reaches of Illawarra's north just to the north and wollongong's larger more amenity filled lower northern suburbs to the south is beautiful, leafy Russell Vale. Sure is worth some close consideration if you are searching for a convenient, compfortable place to raise a family. The list of nearby conveniences is long, and there really is a friendly style of people about... Nearby train (just out of ear shot) along with regular buses theres alot going for the area in the transportation regard. Interesting historical area also, It would be hard to move away.

Great for

  • Primary school, pre-school and high schools nearby also.
  • Fayes takeaway is excellent (when its open):)
  • All Amenities Are a Skip and a Jump Away, eg:shops, golf course, schools
  • Excellent Neighbourhood
  • Great Family Setting/Atmosphere

Not great for

  • Could be more street lighting to allow for better lighting on evening strolls.
  • Parking Around Neighbourhood centre can be an issue when there are functions

Looking for a home in Russell Vale?

"A Compfortable Environment for Families, and some!"

Russell Vale is loved by those who reside there for it's atmosphere and its wonderfully friendly residents. There is a fuel station, preschool, primary school, sporting grounds, tennis courts, neighbourhood hall, a doctor, pub & bottle shop, car mechanics, golf course, grocery shops & bowling alley to name a few POI very much nearby. It's the sort of place where if someone is in trouble eg; car troubles etc, help is likely to come from a good samaritan. Sydney commute is just over an hour, and wollongong is only minutes drive away. Along with all this, the beautiful beaches to the east and the breathtaking escarpment shouldering the suburb to the west makes for a splendid physical setting, views of brokers nose and ocean vistas can be spotted as you stroll about the area. Leisure possibilities are abound! Definately a suburb due for a big rise in popularity!!! Keep a close eye on this town, Median house price rises over the past year in Russell Vale are truly impressive! And median house prices are not looking like drooping any time soon with a large number of well remunerated employees working at the once again open nearby mine looking for real estate close to work, you can't lose.
