"Busy but very handy"
The CBD end of the street is traffice busy due to being on the old highway. Once away from the roadway though, it is pleasant t0 live in. Quiet, no loud parties and close to almost everything.

"Needs further local facilities"
Quiet street, off the main road. Good access to park lands and local shop. Can be 'on the nose' during cane season.

The smell of molasses during the process can be quite powerful, particularly on a warm windless night.
"Easy access to facilities"
The South school end of Auburn Street, while a little noisy from traffic, is well serviced, maintained and populated. With a school, corner store, post box, hairdresser within 1 block and the main CBD in the other direction within 2 blocks, it is ideal.
